Sleep

The #1 easiest way to improve your health is with sleep. Everything will fail if your sleep is not on track.

Getting good, quality sleep is so important. But what is quality sleep? Quality sleep will consist of 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Getting a good night’s rest is important for:

  • Recovery
  • Brain Function
  • Immune System
  • Balancing of blood sugar

Try and have a sleep schedule. Make sure that you get ready for bed and shut down all electronics and blue lights. These items will mess with your sleep.

Be sure that you are not going to bed on a full stomach. Try to limit caffeine later in the day. And alcohol…. this will really mess up your sleep. Most people think alcohol helps your sleep, but it does NOT.

Exercise

Exercise is another easy way to improve your health. Exercise can help you:

  • Maintain your weight
  • Control Stress
  • Improve Sleep
  • Boost Energy
  • Reduce Injury

According to the CDC it is recommended that you get at least 150 minutes of aerobic activity a week.

Staying hydrated will:
